Meet the Executive Team

Mike Hodges

CEO

 

Mike is an Amazon marketing and digital transformation expert who specializes in driving revenue and maximizing profits for global brands. For twenty years, he has lived at the intersection of marketing, commerce and technology as a CEO, chief strategist, industry thought leader and business innovator.

 

A successful entrepreneur, Mike has built and sold several companies including an advertising technology company acquired by Google. Mike also serves on several company and industry boards and is an active public speaker on Amazon Channel Strategies for Revenue Optimization and Digital Transformation Strategies for Global Brands.

 

Currently, Mike is the co-founder of Macarta overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring his clients see success and growth on Amazon.

Stephen Tyler Reagan

VP of Strategy & Client Services

 

Stephen is widely regarded as one of the top experts in the Amazon marketplace. He has a unique perspective spending six years managing programs on the client side with five years running client side strategy and execution as Head of Client Services at Macarta. His experience running wildly successful programs for the likes of Wrangler, Lee Jeans, Timberland and Eagle Creek make him an invaluable asset to any brand looking to improve and optimize their Amazon business.

 

Currently, Stephen is the co-founder, Chief Strategist and Head of Client Services at Macarta. His core function is to help brands grow their business on the Amazon platform.

Carly Miller

Creative Director

 

Carly oversees the creative team and content strategies for clients such as The North Face, PCA Skin, Pioneer and Red Kap. She’s an expert in brand storytelling and content development for the Amazon platform. With over a decade of experience in multidisciplinary design and e-commerce, Carly has applied her expertise specifically to the Amazon marketplace in order to bring brand stories and content to life.

Julia Mihelich

Account Director

 

With nearly a decade of experience on the Amazon marketplace, Julia serves as Macarta’s Account Director for brands like Victorinox, Universal Music Group and Tommy Hilfiger. She understands the complexities and challenges of doing business on Amazon, allowing her to develop effective strategies and workflows for each client and category. In addition to her U.S contributions, Julia also provides guidance and support to the Macarta Mexico Team, treating each clients’ business as if it were her own.

Carlos Corona

Director General – Mexico

 

With over eight years of international business experience, Carlos has worked in sales and business development specifically in Latin American. Currently, Carlos oversees daily operations for the Macarta’s office in Mexico City and serves Macarta’s Amazon Mexico clients across a number of industries. His client list includes: 3M, Reckitt Benckiser, Steve Madden, and Pampers.

Zach DuFresne

Managing Director

 

Zach is the Managing Director of Macarta where he helps facilitate and support rapid growth strategies for clients such as GNC, Golfkicks, Guess Jeans and Optimum Nutrition. Zach has spent his entire career helping brands align business goals with marketing strategies that ensure optimum performance and return on ad spend.
